Winter (October to February)

October to February is the best time to visit Chikmagalur. The weather after the monsoon is fresh, cool, and very pleasant, with temperatures ranging from 10 to 25 degrees Celsius. Chikmagalur receives very heavy monsoon rainfall. The waterfalls are at their most spectacular and the entire landscape is a deep, saturated green.
