Terms and Conditions

All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to M/s. Alkof Holidays (Last Updated: November 5, 2025).

Payments:

For all contracted services, an advance payment is required to secure the booking on a confirmed basis. The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to the commencement of your travel. Management reserves the right to determine the advance payment amount based on the nature of the service and the time remaining before the service begins.

Apart from the above, in some cases such as special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.

Mode of Payment:

Overseas advance payments can be made via wire transfer or credit/debit card to our corporate bank account.

Liabilities & Limitations:

By booking with Alkof Holidays, clients acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Alkof Holidays reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
