Covid-19 Health and Safety Policies

Your health is our priority. Our health and safety protocols are made as per the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO). Our health and safety obligations extend to not only to guests, but to anyone on our premises, including our staff. So when you travel with us you can be confident that we are doing everything possible to keep you safe.


As this would be an ongoing process, so we are working closely with our internal team of tour managers/vendors/associate partners, including hotels, and ground transportation, to ensure that they strictly follow our Health & Safety Policy on all our tours. At the same time, we regularly review our itineraries, and if required we tweak our itineraries according to the local requirements to ensure a safe experience for you. If there will be any major change required, we will inform you prior to departure.

Credit on file: In case we cancel the tour, then we will add credits to your account on our website and you can use that credits to rebook your trip whenever we are able - and you are ready. We will send you a notification on your registered email if when the credits are added in your user account on our website.
Refund: In case we cancel the tour, and for any reason you need refund of the payment you made on our website, you can email us about it, and we will transfer your payment back to your bank account or credit card (We will refund the payment only on the same credit card or bank account from where you paid us).
Yes you can use your travel credits to book any tour for any of your friend or family, to do this you need use your registered email id with us. Please also note Travel credits do have a 2-year expiry from the end of the month of your departure date. For example, if you were issued a travel credit for a trip that was scheduled to depart on November 21, 2020, you can use it on trips departing until November 21, 2022.
If you’ve booked flights with us, we will contact your airline in an effort to get you the best possible outcome. As of now, we are receiving a large volume of requests so please be patient as we are working on it to provide best solutions for all our travellers.

Please Note: For the safety of all our staff and travellers alike, we made it mandatory for all our travellers to pass a Pre-Screening COVID-19 Health and Safety questionnaire before joining the tour, to check their ability. In this questionnaire, we will ask you a series of questions that will help us to avoid the spread of COVID-19 on our tours. We appreciate your support with this procedure.
