Charminar

The artificial lake was built in 1562 by Hazrat Hussain Shah Wali as a token of gratitude to the then emperor of Andhra Pradesh. The attraction also has a 3 kilometer long dam, known as Tank Dam, which is built across the lake. Tank Bund is one of the most popular waterside resorts in Telangana. Named after its creator, Hussain Sagar is the largest artificial lake in all of Asia.

Qutb Shahi Tomb is the tomb of 7 kings of Qutb Shahi dynasty. The tombs are very popular for their unique architecture and grand structures. Qutb Shahi Tomb is one of the Hyderabad tourist places and a major heritage site in the city of Hyderabad. Planned and built by the Qutb Shahis themselves, these tombs are said to be the oldest historical monuments in Hyderabad. The tombs have been constructed in Persian, Pathan and Hindu architectural styles using gray granite, with stucco ornamentation. These mausoleums stand in the center of the garden known as Ibrahim Bagh, with ponds and planted paths.

With over a million paintings, sculptures, carvings, manuscripts and artifacts, the museum is a repository of art collections, some of which date back to the 1st century. The museum houses some valuable and rare pieces - a painting by Raja Ram Mohan Roy - the artist, Aurangzeb's sword, daggers that belonged to the entire wardrobe of Shah Jahan, Jahangir and Tipu Sultan.

The statue of Ramanuja is installed on a three-storey building acting as its base. The grounds have floors for a Vedic digital library, a meditation hall and an educational gallery. It also houses a museum containing ancient Indian texts and works of Sri Ramanujacharya.
