Day-to-Day ITINERARY
Stay - Delhi
On the day of arrival at the New Delhi airport, Alkof Holidays representative will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city's bustling streets or wander its wide tree-lined boulevards to get your first taste of India. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay - Delhi
Embark on a full day of sightseeing beginning in Old Delhi with a visit to the stunning Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in Asia, and the Raj Ghat, a moving memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. Take a short rickshaw ride at the Chandni Chowk (A huge market of spices and clothes), also visit Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, and Qutub Minar. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay - Delhi
Early morning leave for Agra - the city of Taj Mahal. Upon arrival visit Akhbar's Tomb at Sikandra, also visit Itmad-ud-Daulah, Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal. Later in the evening, our representative will transfer you back to Delhi for overnight stay.

Stay - Amritsar
After brekfast at the hotel, we will transfer you to New Delhi railway station to board an Express train to Amritsar. Upon arrival at Amritsar railway station, Alkof Holidays representative will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. Rest and relax at the hotel, later in the afternoon visit Indo-Pak Wagha Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony, after that drive back to the hotel for night stay.

Stay - Dalhousie
Today visit the Golden Temple - central religious place of the Sikhs, and a symbol of human brotherhood and equality. Also visit Jallianwala Bagh, and Durgiana Temple. Later in the afternoon leave for Dalhousie, a high-altitude town spread across 5 hills near the Dhauladhar mountain range of Himachal Pradesh. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel for night stay.

Stay - Dalhousie
Experience the summer retreat of the British empire, Dalhousie - a former princely State which is one of the oldest in the century, visit Subhash Chowk, Thandi Sadak, and Garam Sadak. Later proceed to Khajjiar - a very small picturesque hill station encircled by dense pine and deodar forests. Set at a height of 6500 feet above sea level in the foothills of the Dhaulandhar ranges of the western Himalayas, the hill station is blessed with its natural beauty and pleasant weather. The majestic snow-clad Himalayan peaks along with 2 beautiful lakes Khajjiar Lake and Chamera, simply add charm to its beauty. Enjoy some pleasant time at Khajjiar, later in the evening get back to Dalhousie for overnight stay.

Stay - Dharamshala

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full day sightseeing tour of Dharamshala. Start your sightseeing with Baijnath temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas situated in Kangra district. Later visit the tea gardens of Palampur. After that proceed to Mcleodganj to visit the famous Tibetan monastery - a seat of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, and to enjoy the beautiful views of the Himalayas. Overnight stay at the hotel in Dharamshala.

After breakfast at the hotel, leave for Shimla. On the way to Shimla, enjoy the beautiful views of the Himalayas. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast, head out to explore Shimla, visit Jakhu Temple, feel the magic of nature from the beautiful stained-glass-windows of Christ Church, which was built in the 1850. Later in the afternoon leave for Kufri, it is a beautiful place surrounded by dense forest and snow capped mountains where one can completely relax in the lap of nature. After that visit Fagu, Indira Gandhi Holiday Home, where you can enjoy the horse riding in the apple orchids. Evening is at leisure or you can indulge yourself in shopping at the mall road in Shimla. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Shimla railway station to board the Toy train to Kalka. Upon arrival at Kalka railway station, board another train to New Delhi. PAYMENT TERMS
Client only requires a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the tour to confirm their booking. The remaining balance is then payable 30 days prior to the departure date. For any tour departing within 30 days the full payment of the tour is necessary. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. After receiving the payment, a receipt will be sent directly to client's registered email-id and the final tour documentation will be emailed out approximately 1-2 weeks prior to departure.
CANCELLATION
No additional cancellation fees! You can cancel the tour up to 30 days prior to the departure date and you will not need to pay the full amount of you tour, but the deposit of 10% is non-refundable. But, the deposit is fully transferable to your future bookings with Alkof Holidays.
