On the day of arrival at Mumbai airport, Alkof Holidays representative will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, proceed for a full day guided Mumbai tour. Visit the Gateway of India, Elephanta Caves - The 'City of Caves', located on Elephanta Island (Travel By Ferry), also visit Gandhi Memorial, Parliament House, Marine Drive, Prince of Wales Museum, Hanging Gardens, Jain Temples, Kamla Nehru Garden and Juhu Chowpatty. After enjoying Mumbai sightseeing, return back to the hotel for night stay.

Stay – Goa

In the morning, you will be driven to the city railway station to board an express train to Goa. Upon arrival in Goa, you will meet our representative who will aid you with a hassle free transfer to the hotel. After completing the check-in formalities, you will retire for the day here. Overnight stay at the hotel.

In the morning, head out for a half day sightseeing tour of Old Goa. Old Goa consists of various Portuguese churches and cathedrals built during the 15th and 16th century. The famous attractions here are Se Cathedral, Basilica of Bom Jesus and Church of St. Francis of Assisi. You can spend the evening at your own leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, leave for Badami. Badami was the royal capital of Chalukyas. The city, houses a large number of cave temples, entryways, fortresses and carvings. On arrival at Badami, check-in at your hotel. Relax at the hotel and later visit Badami Fort, Open Air Museum and the Cave temples. The Badami cave temples are a complex of temples, considered the finest example of Indian rock-cut architecture, especially Badami Chalukya Architecture. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for the sightseeing tour of Hampi, visit the famous ruins of Hampi, the Virupaksha Temple which rises majestically at the western end of the famous Hampi Bazaar. The temple has a 120 feet tall tower on its eastern entrance. The temple contains the shrines of Shiva, Pampa, and Bhuvaneswari. Parts of this temple are older than the Vijayanagara kingdom itself. Also visit the popular Vithala temple complex with its 56 musical pillars - undoubtedly the most splendid monument of Hampi Complex. To the east of the hall is the famous Stone Chariot with stone wheels that actually revolve. The evening is free to walk amidst the ruins of Hampi. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay – Wayanad

After breakfast at the hotel, leave for Jog Fall near Shimoga. Created by Sharavati River, Jog Falls is also known as Gerosoppa Falls, and it is the second-highest throw waterfall in India, which is indeed one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the Indian state of Karnataka. The height of the fall is about 830 ft and it listed among the major tourist destination in India. After exploring the waterfall, drive to your hotel in Shimoga for overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel, leave for Mysore. On the way visit Shravanabelagola - is one of the most important Jain pilgrimage destinations in Hassan district. The 57 feet monolithic statue of the Bhagavan Gomateshwara Bahubali is located on the Vindyagiri. Bhagavan Gomateshwara Bahubali is considered to be the world's largest monolithic stone statue and was erected by Chamundaraya, a general of King Gangaraya. Later continue your drive to Mysore. After breakfast, drive to Chamundi Hills to pay your obeisance to Goddess Chamundeshwari. On the way back to city you will see Statue of Mahishasura and Nandi. Visit the Mysore Zoo, one of the oldest and well maintained zoo in India. After that you will visit Mysore Palace, one of the largest palaces in the country. Early evening drive to KRS- Brindavan Gardens a show garden that has botanical park with fountains as well as a musical fountain. Overnight stay at the hotel in Mysore.

Early in the morning, leave for Kanyakumari - the southern most tip of India, also the meeting point of the Indian Ocean, Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal. Upon arrival at Kanyakumari, check-in to the hotel. Rest and relax at the hotel and later, visit The Kumari Amman Temple or Kanya Kumari. From her love of Shiva to the ruby on her nose ring, which can be seen far from the sea, confusing sailors in thinking it is a lighthouse- everything enchanting and mysterious seems to converge in this temple.

Also visit Suchindram Temple, this temple is dedicated to Sthanumalaya (Shiva, Vishnu, Brahma). Later, visit the Vivekananda rock memorial and Thiruvalluvar statue - one has to use the boat facilities to visit this beautiful memorial spot. Later in the evening, return back to the hotel for night stay.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Madurai. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Rest and relax at the hotel, and later visit Meenakshi temple - One of the biggest and oldest temples in India. It is an ancient centre of worship as well as an Art Museum. After visiting Meenakshi temple, return back to the hotel for night stay.

Stay – Pondicherry

After breakfast check-out from the hotel and drive to Pondicherry, en-route halt at Tiruchirappalli, visit Rock Fort Temple, Jambukeshwara Temple and Srirangam Temple. Later continue your drive to Pondicherry, upon arrival check-in to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for sightseeing tour of Pondicherry, visit Aurobindo Ashram, Botanical Garden, Memorial House, Manakula Vinayagar Temple, Vedapureeswarar Temple. Enjoy boating at Chunnambar backwater and the beautiful beaches of Pondicherry. Later drive to Mahabalipuram, upon arrival check-in at the hotel for overnight stay.

Stay – Chennai

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a guided sightseeing tour to Mahabalipuram, visit the Thirukadalmallai, Shore Temple, Pancha Pandava Rathas, Arjuna’s Penance, Caves, and Krishna’s Butterball. Later drive to Chennai, en-route visit Kanchipuram - the city of 1000 temples and one of the seven sacred cities in India, here you can visit the Kamakshi Amman Temple, The Kanchi Kailasanathar Temple, Varadaraja Perumal Temple, and Ekamberashwar Temple etc. Later continue drive to Chennai, upon arrival check-in to your hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel, Alkof Holidays representative will transfer you to Chennai airport to board the flight to your home or onward destination.
