Day-to-Day ITINERARY
Stay - Delhi
On the day of arrival, Alkof Holidays representative will meet you at the New Delhi airport and transfer you to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay - Delhi
After breakfast, proceed for a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi, visit Jama Masjid, take a short rickshaw ride at the Chandni Chowk (A huge market of Spices and Sarees), also visit Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple (Bahai’s Temple) and Qutub Minar. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay - Agra
After breakfast, leave for Jaipur. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure, overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full day guided tour of Jaipur, visit City Palace, The Hawa Mahal (palace of winds), Jantar Mantar, Amer Fort, Jal Mahal (Water Palace) and enjoy evening sunset at Surya Mandir, if time permits you can visit some other interesting places as well. Stay - Ranthambore
After breakfast at the hotel, leave for Ranthambore. Upon arrival at Ranthambore, check-in at your resort. Rest and relax at the resort, later in the afternoon proceed enjoy a Jeep Safari inside Ranthambore National Park and a Tiger Reserve. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the resort.

Stay - Jaipur
Enjoy early morning Jeep Safari inside the Ranthambore National Park. Later drive back to the resort for breakfast. After breakfast at the resort, leave for Agra. On the way visit Fatehpur Sikri - the oldest deserted town built by Mughal Kingdom in 1571 in honor of Saint Salim Chisti. After finishing your sightseeing tour at Fatehpur Sikri, proceed to Agra for overnight stay.

Stay - Overnight Train
Early morning before sunrise our tour guide will pick you up from the hotel and take you for a guided sightseeing tour of the Taj Mahal along with Mehtab Bagh. Later return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, visit Itmad-ud-Daulah, and Agra Fort. Later in the evening we will transfer you to the railway station to board on overnight train to Umaria.

Stay - Bandhavgarh National Park
Upon arrival at Umaria railway station, Alkof Holidays representative will transfer you to the Bandhavgarh National Park. Upon arrival at Bandhavgarh, check-in at your resort. Rest and relax at the resort, later in the afternoon proceed to the national park to experience the wildlife safari. Bandhavgarh National Park was the hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Rewa, the park is also famous for its tiger population. Overnight stay at the resort.

Stay - Kanha National Park
After breakfast, drive to the Kanha National Park, one of the most well-maintained national parks in Asia. This park was an inspiration behind the popular novel by Rudyard Kipling, ‘The Jungle Book’. Spread in 940 sq. km of land, this national park has Indian wild dogs, Royal Bengal Tiger, sloth bears, leopards, and barasingha in good numbers. Upon arrival at the national park, check-in at the resort. Rest of the day at leisure, indulge yourself in leisure activities such as taking a walk in the nearby area, enjoying the lush greenery around, interacting with the park’s naturalist and so on. Overnight stay at the resort.

Stay - Kanha National Park
Early morning and afternoon Jeep safari's inside the Kanha National Park. Explore the exotic variety of the park, also enjoy the verdant flora that is spread around. Kanha is known for housing more than 1000 species of flowering plants. During wildlife viewing, you can spot varied animals and birds like, Royal Bengal Tiger, chousingha, nilgai, mouse deer, jackal fox, sambar, gaur, peafowl, mongoose, leopard, python, spurfowl, ring doves, kingfishers, finches, woodpeckers, flycatchers, pintails, pond herons, rock pigeons, papihas, cuckoos, parakeets, green pigeons and so on. Many of our travelers join because they are traveling solo. So yes it is absolutely safe to travel solo on this tour. As a solo traveler, you have to pay single supplement charges. Please let us know at time of booking and we’ll arrange the rooming configuration accordingly.
Our tour cost includes personal assistance during arrival and departure, hotel accommodations with breakfast, domestic flight from Jabalpur to Delhi, all transfers, total 6 Jeep Safari's at the national parks, sightseeing and excursions by private air-conditioned car, English speaking local guide in Delhi, Agra, Fatehpur Sikri and Jaipur, all applicable taxes and dedicated manager with 24x7 support. The normal check-in and check-out timings in a majority of the hotels are 1400 hours and the 1200 hours respectively. Early check-in's and late check-out's are subject to availability of the rooms, thus we suggest you to book your room(s) previous night itself if you arriving early then the normal check-in time or if you have a late check-out. Just let us know your arrival and departure timing at the time of booking your tour with us and we will help you in managing your stay for the extra hours.
We provide 3 star comfort hotels in our standard tour packages. However you can always upgrade your accommodations to 4 star hotels or 5 star luxury hotels or charming boutique hotels/heritage palaces or any special hotel of your choice at an additional cost.

We ask that you carefully consider whether you are physically and mentally able to complete the itinerary. We will make reasonable adjustments to the operation of our trip to facilitate the requirements of disabled travelers – such as booking ground floor accommodation or having your tour manager communicate important directions in writing as well as verbally. One must possess a passport which is valid for minimum 6 months from the date of entry into India. Many countries have been included in the list of countries whose citizens are provided E-Visa facility provided they apply 72 hours in advance. Other nationals need to obtain Indian visa in advance to enter India.

You will be greeted by our representative at the airport on your arrival. He shall be holding a company placard with your name written on it for your identification. We shall also provide you list of emergency 24 hours contact numbers for any emergency.

If you are interested in booking any of our brochure tours, you may simply send us an email giving us your details. We normally need an advance amount once we confirm the arrangements for the tour. The amount depends on the services you may require for the tour. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. We need balance payment before arrival.
We shall do our best to make changes as per your request and shall not charge you anything unless there is penalty charged by hotels etc, for making any changes.

PAYMENT TERMS
Client only requires a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the tour to confirm their booking. The remaining balance is then payable 30 days prior to the departure date. For any tour departing within 30 days the full payment of the tour is necessary. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. After receiving the payment, a receipt will be sent directly to client's registered email-id and the final tour documentation will be emailed out approximately 1-2 weeks prior to departure.
CANCELLATION
No additional cancellation fees! You can cancel the tour up to 15 days prior to the departure date and you will not need to pay the full amount of you tour, but the deposit of 10% is non-refundable. But, the deposit is fully transferable to your future bookings with Alkof Holidays.
