Stay - Delhi
After breakfast, proceed for a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi, visit Jama Masjid, take a short rickshaw ride at the Chandni Chowk (A huge market of spices and clothes), also visit Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple (Bahai’s Temple) and Qutub Minar. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay - Agra
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive towards Agra “City of Taj Mahal”. Upon arrival at Agra, check-in at your hotel. Take some rest at the hotel, and later proceed for half day guided tour of Agra, visit Agra Fort, Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb, and Akbar’s Tomb in Sikandra. In the evening, enjoy the light and sound show “Mohabbat-the-Taj - the saga of love”, in Agra. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay - Jaipur
Early morning before sunrise visit the world’s most popular and beautiful monument Taj Mahal along with Mehtab Bagh, later get back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Fatehpur Sikri, the oldest deserted town built by Mughal Kingdom in 1571 and built by red stone in honor of Saint Salim Chisti. After finishing your sightseeing tour at Fatehpur Sikri, proceed to Jaipur for overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel, our representative will transfer you to the Jaipur airport to board the flight to Kochi. Stay - Thekkady
After breakfast, check–out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady (the location of the Periyar National Park). Upon arrival at Thekkady/Periyar, check–in at your hotel. Rest and relax at the hotel, later proceed for the sightseeing tour of Thekkady or Periyar National Park. Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick ever green forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wild life and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. It is one of those wildlife reserves in India that remain open even in monsoon season. Optional activities like Boating at Periyar Lake, Spice Plantation visit and Elephant Ride can be done at an extra cost. Also visit Kumily – a beautiful town and a popular tourist destination near Thekkady. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay - Alleppey
After breakfast, drive to the Backwaters of Alleppey. Set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditionally decorated houseboat. Check in time is 01:00 PM and cruise starts with lunch. While cruising in these floating villas, let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual – skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed–down paddy fields, and local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes, and ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. Evening is free at leisure, you can explore the local market of Alleppey. Food will be served onboard. Overnight stay at the houseboat.

Kerala experiences pleasant weather throughout the year. However, the ideal time to visit Kerala would be in the months of October to March.
What is the normal temperature in Kerala?
- During Summer (April-June) it is 26 - 33 degree Celsius
- During Monsoon (July-September) it is 22 - 27 degree Celsius
- During Winter (October-March) it is 24 - 32 degree Celsius
Kerala, being a major tourist destination in India, is well connected with other parts of the country. Kerala is well accessible by air, rail and road. There are 3 airports in the state of Kerala - Trivandrum International Airport, Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery, and Karipur Airport, Kozhikode.
Many of our travelers join because they are traveling solo. So yes it is absolutely safe to travel solo on this tour. As a solo traveler, you have to pay single supplement charges. Please let us know at time of booking and we’ll arrange the rooming configuration accordingly.
Our tour cost includes hotel accommodations with breakfast, 1 night stay at the houseboat with breakfast, lunch and dinner, all transfers, sightseeing and excursions by private air-conditioned car/van/coach depending on a number of persons with as per itinerary, local English speaking guide, our assistance on arrival, on departure and during the tour and all applicable taxes including 5% GST. We can also include lunches & dinner, domestic flights, and other services on request at an additional cost.
The check-in and the check-out timings in a majority of the hotels are 1400 hours and the 1200 hours respectively. However, these timings are flexible and thus, can be made early or late as per the convenience of the guests, but the flexibility is highly dependent upon the number of rooms available when you will be arriving at the designated hotel. It is not guaranteed that the rooms for your complimentary late or early check-ins shall be kept on hold for you, thus we suggest that there must be the reservation of your rooms from the previous night itself.
We provide 3 star comfort hotels in our standard tour packages. However you can always upgrade your accommodations to 4 star hotels or 5 star luxury hotels or charming boutique hotels/heritage palaces or any special hotel of your choice at an additional cost.
Alkof Holidays is committed to making travel widely accessible, regardless of ability or disability. We ask that you carefully consider whether you are physically and mentally able to complete the itinerary. We will make reasonable adjustments to the operation of our trip to facilitate the requirements of disabled travelers – such as booking ground floor accommodation or having your tour manager communicate important directions in writing as well as verbally. Further please let us know at the time of booking and we’ll arrange your tour accordingly.
One must possess a passport which is valid for minimum 6 months from the date of entry into India. Many countries have been included in the list of countries whose citizens are provided E-Visa facility provided they apply 72 hours in advance. Other nationals need to obtain Indian visa in advance to enter India.

The amount depends on the services you may require for the tour. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. We need balance payment before arrival.
We shall do our best to make changes as per your request and shall not charge you anything unless there is penalty charged by principal suppliers for making these changes.

PAYMENT TERMS
Client only requires a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the tour to confirm their booking. The remaining balance is then payable 30 days prior to the departure date. For any tour departing within 30 days the full payment of the tour is necessary. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. After receiving the payment, a receipt will be sent directly to client's registered email-id and the final tour documentation will be emailed out approximately 1-2 weeks prior to departure.
CANCELLATION
No additional cancellation fees! You can cancel the tour up to 15 days prior to the departure date and you will not need to pay the full amount of you tour, but the deposit of 10% is non-refundable. But, the deposit is fully transferable to your future bookings with Alkof Holidays.
