Day-to-Day ITINERARY
Stay - Bir
On the day at arrival at Bir, Alkof Holidays representative will meet you and transfer you to the Camps. Rest of the day at leisure. In the evening, enjoy in-house group activities, complimentary Bonfire, Music, and dinner. Overnight stay at the Camp.
Includes: Breakfast, Accommodation, Transfers
After breakfast at the Camp, proceed to Billing Valley to the paragliding takeoff point. The flight lasts 20 to 30 minutes accompanied by an experienced pilot. The pilot will take care of controlling the flight while you enjoy the mesmerizing views. The trekking guide and team will be waiting for you at the landing area. After enjoy Paragliding, you can head to explore a half day trek (easy trek), which passes through the Bir- Billing Valley. In the evening, Alkof Holidays representative will transfer you to the Volvo Coach Departure Point, from where you can board a Volvo Bus to your home or onward destination.

- Beverages other than drinking water & any costs of a personal nature
- Any International or Domestic Flight
- Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of the itinerary
- Any monument entrance fees, camera fees, guide charges
- Anything not mentioned in the Itinerary

Payment & Collect:
Pay the registration amount / full tour price by Cheque, Demand Draft, Online and collect:
- Tour itinerary, travel and hotel details (On Email & Hard Copy)
- Receipt of payment (On Email & Hard Copy)
- Visa folder for World Tour(s) (Hard Copy)
Note: After the payment is successful, an acknowledgement message is sent to the guest's registered email ID. This message contains the bank details, the amount credited along with the date and place of payment. PAYMENT TERMS
- 30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost
- 29 - 20 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost
- 19 - 16 days before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost
Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 16 days prior to departure date and received amount will be fully forfeited.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel your holiday:
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges per person applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
- 30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost
- 29 - 20 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost
- 19 - 10 days before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost
If we change or cancel your holiday:
We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
