Day-to-Day ITINERARY
Stay - Delhi
On the day of arrival, Alkof Holidays representative will meet you at the New Delhi airport and transfer you to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay - Delhi
After breakfast, proceed for a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi, visit Jama Masjid, take a short rickshaw ride at the Chandni Chowk (A huge market of spices and clothes), also visit Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple (Bahai’s Temple) and Qutub Minar. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay - Agra
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive towards Agra “City of Taj Mahal”. Upon arrival at Agra, check-in at your hotel. Take some rest at the hotel, and later proceed for half day guided tour of Agra, visit Agra Fort, Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb, and Akbar’s Tomb in Sikandra. In the evening, enjoy the light and sound show “Mohabbat-the-Taj - the saga of love”, in Agra. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay - Jaipur
Early morning before sunrise visit the world’s most popular and beautiful monument Taj Mahal along with Mehtab Bagh, later get back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Fatehpur Sikri, the oldest deserted town built by Mughal Kingdom in 1571 and built by red stone in honor of Saint Salim Chisti. After finishing your sightseeing tour at Fatehpur Sikri, proceed to Jaipur for overnight stay.

Many of our travelers join because they are traveling solo. So yes it is absolutely safe to travel solo on this tour. As a solo traveler, you have to pay single supplement charges. Please let us know at time of booking and we’ll arrange the rooming configuration accordingly.
Our tour cost includes personal assistance during arrival and departure, hotel accommodations with breakfast, all transfers, sightseeing and excursions by private air-conditioned car/van/coach depending on a number of persons with as per itinerary, English speaking local guide, all applicable taxes and dedicated manager with 24x7 support. We can also include lunch and dinner, domestic flights, and other services on request at an additional cost.
The check-in and the check-out timings in a majority of the hotels are 1400 hours and the 1200 hours respectively. Early check-in's and late check-out's are subject to availability of the rooms, thus we suggest you to book your room(s) previous night itself if you arriving early then the normal check-in time or if you have a late check-out. Just let us know your arrival and departure timing at the time of booking your tour with us and we will help you in managing your stay for the extra hours.
We provide 3 star comfort hotels in our standard tour packages. However you can always upgrade your accommodations to 4 star hotels or 5 star luxury hotels or charming boutique hotels/heritage palaces or any special hotel of your choice at an additional cost.
Alkof Holidays is committed to making travel widely accessible, regardless of ability or disability. We ask that you carefully consider whether you are physically and mentally able to complete the itinerary. We will make reasonable adjustments to the operation of our trip to facilitate the requirements of disabled travelers – such as booking ground floor accommodation or having your tour manager communicate important directions in writing as well as verbally. Further please let us know at the time of booking and we’ll arrange your tour accordingly.
One must possess a passport which is valid for minimum 6 months from the date of entry into India. Many countries have been included in the list of countries whose citizens are provided E-Visa facility provided they apply 72 hours in advance. Other nationals need to obtain Indian visa in advance to enter India.

You will be greeted by our representative at the airport on your arrival. He shall be holding a company placard with your name written on it for your identification. We shall also provide you list of emergency 24 hours contact phone numbers for your assistance.

Our office is open 24 hours a day which means that you will always have someone to assist you even at any point of time. PAYMENT TERMS
If you are interested in booking any of our brochure tours, you may simply send us an email giving us your details. We normally need an advance amount once we confirm the arrangements for the tour. The amount depends on the services you may require for the tour. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. We need balance payment before arrival or as per below schedule.
- 30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost
- 29 - 20 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost
- 19 - 16 days before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost
Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 16 days prior to departure date and received amount will be fully forfeited.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel your holiday:
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges per person applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
- Between 30 - 45 days before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost
- Between 17 - 29 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost
- Up-to 16 days before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost
If we change or cancel your holiday:
We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
