Itinerary
On arrival at the New Delhi airport, Alkof Holidays representative will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city's bustling streets or wander its wide tree-lined boulevards to get your first taste of India. Overnight stay in New Delhi.
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Delhi, a city with a rich history dating back to the 6th century BC. Begin your tour at Rajghat, the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated in 1948. Next, visit Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque, commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan. Experience the vibrant atmosphere with a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk, Old Delhi's busiest market. Drive past the Presidential House and India Gate in Edwin Lutyen's Delhi. Explore Humayun's Tomb, built in 1562 by his wife, Hamida Banu Begum. Conclude your day with a visit to the Qutab Minar, the world's tallest brick minaret, commissioned by Qutbuddin Aibak. In the evening, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast at your hotel, leave for Agra. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the beautiful Itmad-ud-Daulah and the grand Agra Fort. Later, head to Mehtab Bagh, located across from the Taj Mahal, to admire a stunning sunset view of the monument. Early in the morning, visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise and admire its breathtaking beauty. Later return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast at the hotel, leave for Jaipur. On the way visit Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage site located 37 kilometers from Agra. Built in 16th century, it was once the capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar. After sightseeing at Fatehpur Sikri, proceed to Jaipur for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, start a full-day sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Visit Amber Fort, a grand fort built on a hilltop. Walk through its large gates, courtyards, and beautiful halls decorated with carvings and mirror work, which show how the royal families lived in the past. From the fort, enjoy lovely views of the surrounding hills and the lake below. On the way back, stop at Jal Mahal, the palace standing in the middle of a lake, for photographs. Continue to the City Palace and Jantar Mantar, an ancient stone observatory. Later, visit the Hawa Mahal, famous for its many small windows. Return to the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, continue exploring Jaipur at a relaxed pace. Visit the Albert Hall Museum to learn about Rajasthan’s history and culture. Then visit the Birla Temple, a peaceful white marble temple. Later, spend time in the local markets, where you can shop for handicrafts, clothes, and souvenirs. The rest of the day is free to relax or enjoy the city on your own. After breakfast, leave behind the royal pink shades of Jaipur and begin your drive towards Jodhpur, the famous Blue City of Rajasthan. The journey passes through small desert towns, colorful villages, roadside tea stalls, and changing landscapes that slowly introduce you to the charm of Marwar region. Along the way, you may stop for fresh masala chai or local snacks and enjoy seeing rural Rajasthan beyond the tourist spots. Upon arrival in Jodhpur, check in at your hotel and relax for some time. By evening, if you feel fresh after the drive, step out to explore the lively local markets near the old city, where blue houses, traditional textiles, handicrafts, and the aroma of local street food create a completely different atmosphere from Jaipur. After breakfast, set out to explore the imposing Mehrangarh Fort, founded in 1459 by Rao Jodha. Perched on a 150-meter-high hill, this grand fort is one of Rajasthan's most formidable and majestic structures. As you tour the fort, admire its seven gates, including Jayapol (Victory Gate), which Maharaja Man Singh constructed to commemorate his victories over Jaipur and Bikaner. You can still see the battle scars on the fort's second gate. Next, visit Jaswant Thada, the elegant marble cenotaph of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, and then explore Mandore Garden, Clock Tower, and Sardar Market. Conclude your day with a visit to the Umaid Bhawan Museum, located within the Umaid Bhawan Palace, the world's largest private residence built between 1928 and 1943. Continue to the City Palace, the largest palace complex in India, built by several generations of Maharajas. After breakfast at the hotel, leave for Munnar. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. After some time to relax, step out to explore the rolling tea estates spread across the hills of the Western Ghats, where neatly lined plantations stretch as far as the eye can see. Watch local workers carefully plucking tea leaves and take in the fresh mountain air that gives Munnar its distinct character. Later, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Munnar.
After breakfast, visit Eravikulam National Park (Rajamalai), home to the rare Nilgiri Tahr and rolling grassland hills. Later proceed to Mattupetty Dam, known for its scenic reservoir and boating views, followed by Echo Point, famous for its natural echo phenomenon. Continue to Kundale Lake, a peaceful spot surrounded by hills. If time permits, visit Top Station, offering panoramic valley views. After sightseeing, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast at the resort, proceed to Kumarakom, a peaceful backwater destination set along Vembanad Lake. Upon arrival, check in at the resort and relax. In the evening, you may enjoy a short backwater boat ride or simply unwind by the lake. Return to the resort for an overnight stay.
After breakfast at the resort, drive to Alappuzha, known for its traditional houseboat cruises through Kerala’s backwaters. Check in to your houseboat around 12:00 PM and begin a relaxing cruise along tranquil canals and lagoons. Enjoy freshly prepared meals onboard as you pass paddy fields, village homes, and coconut-lined waterways, offering a glimpse into local life. By evening, the houseboat anchors in a quiet spot, allowing you to unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings. Overnight stay on the houseboat.
After breakfast, depart for Kochi. Upon arrival, begin your sightseeing at Jew Town, visiting the Paradesi Synagogue (closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Jewish holidays). Continue to St. Francis Church, India’s first European church, followed by Mattancherry Palace (closed on Fridays), known for its murals and royal history. Spend some time exploring the local shops before heading to Fort Kochi to see the iconic Chinese fishing nets. Later, check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Optional activity: In the evening, guests can opt for a Kathakali dance performance followed by a traditional martial arts performance (on request basis at an additional cost).

- If rooms are not available at the mentioned hotels, we will provide alternate hotels of a similar category. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
- Taj Mahal remains closed on every Friday. During the winter months—December, January, and February—heavy fog may obscure views of the Taj Mahal at sunrise and sunset. To ensure the best experience, daytime visits are arranged instead.

- Transportation is provided according to the itinerary only and is not available on a disposal or point-to-point basis.

A deposit of 10% is required to confirm this tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 60 days prior tour starting date. For any bookings within 60 days of departure, the full tour amount will be charged upon booking. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.
Cancellation
