This picturesque town is the heart of Kerala’s backwater tourism, offering visitors a unique glimpse into the traditional lifestyle of the region. Around 12:00 PM, check in to your traditional houseboat and begin your overnight cruise. Enjoy lunch onboard as you glide through peaceful canals and lagoons, passing lush paddy fields, coconut groves, village homes, temples, and scenes of daily backwater life. In the evening, relax on the houseboat and enjoy the calm surroundings as it anchors for the night. Dinner and overnight stay on the houseboat.
