- Once helicopter tickets are confirmed, the company is not responsible for any discrepancies or issues from the helicopter provider, such as cancellations due to bad weather.
- Any extra expenses not included in the planned itinerary will be the client's responsibility. This includes costs for medical issues, additional meals during the journey, accommodations other than those booked, or any other expenses not mentioned in the itinerary.
- As per government regulations, please present a photo identity document such as a Driving License, Voter ID Card, or Passport to get the Uttarakhand traveller's permit, entry ticket to the Valley of Flowers, and hotel check-in.
- Travelers who choose to hire pitthus or ponies during their journey will need to cover these additional expenses directly with the local service provider on the spot.
- Ponies are not available for the trek to the Valley of Flowers due to the rugged terrain. However, human porters (Pitthus) can be hired on the spot if needed.
- The trek to Ghangaria and Hemkund Sahib is challenging, so it’s advisable to begin training with soft trekking at least six months in advance. However, ponies and pitthus are available for hire along the trek for those who need assistance.
- Pack light woolens from May to August and heavier woolens from September to November. Additionally, bring a raincoat or poncho to prepare for any unexpected rain.
- At GovindGhat and Ghangaria, only budget hotels are available. Due to the remote location, where sanitary and food items are transported via ponies, some supplies may run out at these hotels. The company cannot be held responsible for such shortages or the unavailability of items, or for any issues such as electricity or water disruptions within the hotel premises
- During the trek from GovindGhat to Ghangaria, phone signals and internet connectivity are unavailable. However, both services can be accessed in Ghangaria. Please be aware that unexpected technical issues may occasionally disrupt internet and phone signals for several hours or even months, so it’s advisable to prepare accordingly.
- For easy communication on the go, consider downloading WhatsApp, as it is widely used in India.
- Transportation is provided according to the itinerary only and is not available on a disposal or point-to-point basis.
