Day by Day
Itinerary
Arrive at Nagpur Airport in the morning, where our local driver will pick you up and transfer you to Irai Safari Retreat in Tadoba. Upon arrival, check in at the resort. Later in the afternoon, enjoy a jeep safari in the Moharli Zone. Known as the oldest and most established gate of Tadoba, Moharli offers a mix of dense forest and open meadows, making it one of the most reliable zones for tiger sightings, especially around water bodies during warmer months. Dinner and overnight stay at Irai Safari Retreat.
Note: The distance from Irai Safari Retreat to Moharli Gate is approximately 2 to 3 km, and it takes around 5 to 10 minutes to reach the gate.
Enjoy an early morning and afternoon jeep safari in the Moharli Zone. This zone is particularly known for frequent tiger movement, as well as sightings of sloth bears, wild dogs (dhole), and marsh crocodiles near Tadoba Lake. Its well-developed safari tracks and experienced guides further enhance the overall wildlife viewing experience. Dinner and overnight stay at Irai Safari Retreat.
Early in the morning, enjoy a jeep safari in the Moharli Zone. Later, return to the resort for refreshments and proceed to Tiger’s Heaven Resort. Upon arrival, check in at the resort. In the afternoon, enjoy a jeep safari in the Navegaon Zone. Navegaon is known for its varied terrain, including bamboo forests, grasslands, and water sources that attract a wide range of wildlife. It offers a distinct landscape compared to Kolara and Moharli, making it ideal for photography and repeat safaris. Dinner and overnight stay at Tiger’s Heaven Resort.

Enjoy an early morning jeep safari in the Navegaon Zone. Later, proceed to WelcomeHeritage Tadoba Vanya Villas Resort. Upon arrival, check in at the resort. In the afternoon, enjoy a jeep safari in the Kolara Zone. Kolara is known for its relatively less crowded routes and scenic teak forests, offering a quieter safari experience. It is also an important territory for dispersing tigers and is increasingly popular among wildlife enthusiasts seeking more exclusive sightings. Dinner and overnight stay at WelcomeHeritage Tadoba Vanya Villas Resort.
Note: Distance from WelcomeHeritage Tadoba Vanya Villas Resort to Kolara Gate is approximately 4 to 5 km, and it takes around 10 to 15 minutes to reach the gate.

Known for its peaceful routes and scenic teak forests, Kolara offers a more exclusive safari experience with excellent opportunities to spot tigers and other wildlife. Dinner and overnight stay at WelcomeHeritage Tadoba Vanya Villas Resort.
Early in the morning, enjoy your final jeep safari in the Kolara Zone. After the safari, return to the resort for refreshments. Later, our driver will transfer you to Nagpur Airport for your onward journey.

Know Before You Go
- If rooms are not available at the mentioned hotels, we will provide alternate hotels of a similar category. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
- Safari access to specific zones is subject to availability. To secure your preferred safari bookings in your desired zones, we recommend booking your tours at least 90 days in advance. To book your safari, we require a clear photo of the traveler's passport, as mandated by the forest department.
- Once safaris are confirmed, the safari fees are non-refundable. Please carry your original valid passport or ID proof to present at the entry gate for safaris.
- At Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve the core zone safari gates remain closed on Tuesdays, while select buffer zone are closed for the safaris on Wednesdays. Please plan accordingly.
- For easy communication on the go, consider downloading WhatsApp, as it is widely used in India.
- Transportation is provided according to the itinerary only and is not available on a disposal or point-to-point basis.
- Tipping in India is not compulsory, it is optional but appreciated. A small gratuity is expected in some cases; tip generously for exceptional service. The amount can range from $2, $5, $10 per day, or more, depending on satisfaction and the quality of service received.
- Any costs arising from natural calamities such as road blockages, political disturbances (e.g., strikes), etc., are to be borne by the client. We will not be held liable for any refunds or compensation claims resulting from these circumstances.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 25% is required to confirm this tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 120 days prior tour starting date. For any bookings within 120 days of departure, the full tour amount will be charged upon booking. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit or debit card.

If you cancel at least 121 days before the scheduled departure date, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total cost of the tour.
