Arrive at Nagpur Airport in the morning, where our local driver will pick you up and transfer you to Irai Safari Retreat in Tadoba. Upon arrival, check in at the resort. Later in the afternoon, enjoy a jeep safari in the Moharli Zone. Known as the oldest and most established gate of Tadoba, Moharli offers a mix of dense forest and open meadows, making it one of the most reliable zones for tiger sightings, especially around water bodies during warmer months. Dinner and overnight stay at Irai Safari Retreat.
The distance from Irai Safari Retreat to Moharli Gate is approximately 2–3 km, and it takes around 5–10 minutes to reach the gate.
Enjoy an early morning and afternoon jeep safari in the Moharli Zone. This zone is particularly known for frequent tiger movement, as well as sightings of sloth bears, wild dogs (dhole), and marsh crocodiles near Tadoba Lake. Its well-developed safari tracks and experienced guides further enhance the overall wildlife viewing experience. Dinner and overnight stay at Irai Safari Retreat.
After breakfast, proceed to WelcomeHeritage Tadoba Vanya Villas Resort. Upon arrival, check in at the resort. Later in the afternoon, enjoy a jeep safari in the Kolara Zone. Kolara is known for its relatively less crowded routes and beautiful teak forests, offering a quieter safari experience. It is also a strong territory for dispersing tigers and is increasingly gaining popularity among wildlife enthusiasts seeking exclusive sightings. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.
The distance from the resort to Kolara Gate is approximately 4–5 km, and it takes around 10–15 minutes to reach the gate.
Early in the morning, enjoy a guided jeep safari in the Kolara Zone. In the afternoon, proceed to the Navegaon Zone for another jeep safari. Navegaon is known for its varied terrain, including bamboo forests, grasslands, and water sources, which attract a wide range of wildlife. It offers a different landscape compared to Kolara and Moharli, making it ideal for photographers and repeat safaris.
The distance from the resort to Navegaon Gate is approximately 35 km, and it takes around 45–60 minutes, depending on road conditions. If preferred, accommodation near Navegaon can be arranged.
Begin the day with an early morning jeep safari in the Kolara Zone, offering another opportunity to track wildlife movements across its forest corridors. In the afternoon, enjoy a jeep safari in the Navegaon Zone. With multiple safaris across different zones, this day significantly enhances your chances of tiger sightings while also allowing you to experience the diverse ecosystems of Tadoba.
Alternatively, the afternoon safari can be arranged in the Kolara Zone instead of Navegaon, subject to prior request at the time of booking.
After breakfast or earlier as per your flight timing, our driver will transfer you to Nagpur Airport for onward journey.

The best time to visit Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve is from October to February, when the weather is pleasant and comfortable for safaris. For higher chances of tiger sightings, the months of March, April, May, and June are ideal. Although temperatures are higher during this period, wildlife sightings increase significantly as animals gather around water sources.
Tadoba is one of India’s premier wildlife destinations, best known for sightings of the Bengal tiger, the highlight of any safari. In addition to tigers, the reserve is home to a rich variety of wildlife including gaur (Indian bison), leopards, sloth bears, and wild dogs (dhole). Smaller mammals such as the Indian fox, jackal, and jungle cat can also be spotted. The park is also excellent for birdwatching, with commonly seen species including crested serpent eagle, changeable hawk eagle, Indian pitta, peafowl, and kingfishers. Among reptiles, the most notable are marsh crocodiles, Indian rock python, monitor lizards, and various snake species found across the reserve.
Tadoba offers some of the highest chances of tiger sightings in India, especially in zones like Moharli and Kolara. While sightings can never be guaranteed, guests staying for 3 to 5 safaris usually have a strong probability of spotting a tiger. Sightings are more frequent from March to June, when tigers are often seen near water sources.

- Safari access to specific zones is subject to availability. To secure your preferred safari bookings in your desired zones, we recommend booking your tours at least 90 days in advance. To book your safari, we require a clear photo of the traveler's passport, as mandated by the forest department.
- Once safaris are confirmed, the safari fees are non-refundable. Please carry your original valid passport or ID proof to present at the entry gate for safaris.
- The core safari zones in Tadoba National Park remain closed every Wednesday. Please plan accordingly.

- Transportation is provided according to the itinerary only and is not available on a disposal or point-to-point basis.
- Tipping in India is not compulsory, it is optional but appreciated. A small gratuity is expected in some cases; tip generously for exceptional service. The amount can range from $2, $5, $10 per day, or more, depending on satisfaction and the quality of service received.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 20% is required to confirm this tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 90 days prior tour starting date. For any bookings within 90 days of departure, the full tour amount will be charged upon booking. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit or debit card.
Cancellation
