Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Mumbai International Airport, you’ll be warmly greeted by an Alkof Holidays representative who will escort you to your hotel. Take the rest of the day to unwind and explore at your own pace. Enjoy a relaxing overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Mumbai. Visit the iconic Gateway of India overlooking the Arabian Sea, followed by a photo stop at the majestic Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. Explore the Prince of Wales Museum (Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya) to learn about India’s rich heritage. Drive past the UNESCO-listed Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus and enjoy a scenic drive along Marine Drive, also known as the Queen’s Necklace. Continue to Mani Bhavan, the former residence of Mahatma Gandhi, and visit the Hanging Gardens for city views. Return to the hotel in the evening for a relaxing overnight stay.
After breakfast, transfer to Mumbai Airport for your flight to Nagpur. Upon arrival, drive to Pench National Park, known for its rich wildlife and landscapes that inspired Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book. Upon arrival, check in at the resort and relax. Overnight stay at the resort.
Today, head out for morning and afternoon jeep safaris in Pench National Park, exploring a landscape of teak forests, grasslands, and riverine patches. With an experienced naturalist, follow fresh tracks and alarm calls as you search for tigers, leopards, wild dogs, and sloth bears, along with herds of deer moving across the clearings. The park’s varied terrain keeps every drive different, offering both close sightings and quiet moments in the wilderness. Dinner and overnight stay in Pench National Park.
After breakfast at the hotel, leave for Kanha National Park - one of the most well-maintained national parks in Asia. This park was an inspiration behind the popular novel by Rudyard Kipling - The Jungle Book. Spread in 940 sq. km of land, this national park has Indian wild dogs, Royal Bengal Tiger, sloth bears, leopards, and barasingha in good numbers. Upon arrival at the national park, check-in at the resort. Rest of the day at leisure, indulge yourself in leisure activities such as taking a walk in the nearby area and so on. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort in Kanha National Park.
Early in the morning, head out for your first jeep safari in Kanha National Park, known for its Bengal tiger sightings. Kanha is also home to the rare hard ground barasingha, along with leopards, gaur, wild dogs known as dhole, and several species of deer. Birdlife here includes Crested Serpent Eagle, Malabar Pied Hornbill, Red headed Vulture, and Green Munia. After the safari, return to the resort for breakfast. In the afternoon, head out for another jeep safari to improve your chances of spotting the Bengal tiger in its natural habitat. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.
Enjoy morning and afternoon jeep safaris in Satpura Tiger Reserve, known for its diverse wildlife and scenic landscapes. You may spot species such as gaur, deer, wild dogs, sloth bears, and, with luck, tigers and leopards. After the safaris, spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing at the resort and enjoying the natural surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Pachmarhi, a scenic hill station in the Satpura range. Visit Bee Falls, followed by Jata Shankar Cave. Later, explore Handi Khoh and continue to Dhoopgarh to enjoy sunset views. Return to Satpura Tiger Reserve for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, depart for Bhopal. En route, visit the Bhimbetka Rock Shelters, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient cave paintings. Continue to Bhopal and check in at the hotel. Later, visit Taj-ul-Masajid, one of the largest mosques in India. The evening is at leisure to explore local markets. Overnight stay at the hotel in Bhopal.
After breakfast, drive to Sanchi. Upon arrival, visit the Sanchi Stupa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient Buddhist monuments, followed by the Sanchi Archaeological Museum. Later, drive to Bhopal airport to board your flight to New Delhi. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast at the hotel or earlier as per your flight timing, our driver will transfer you to IGI Airport New Delhi to board a flight to your home or onward destination.

The naturalists accompanying each safari guide you on reading animal behaviour, tracking, and positioning for sightings. The itinerary is paced with rest time between parks to avoid fatigue from back-to-back travel days.
Yes. Additional safaris can be arranged at any of the national parks included in this tour. Safari permits are issued by the forest department in limited numbers, so we recommend requesting additional safaris as early as possible, preferably at least 120 days before travel. All safari bookings are subject to permit availability at the time of confirmation.

- Safari access to specific zones is subject to availability. To secure your preferred safari bookings in your desired zones, we recommend booking your tours at least 90 days in advance. To book your safari, we require a clear photo of the traveler's passport, as mandated by the forest department.
- Once safaris are confirmed, the safari fees are non-refundable. Please carry your original valid passport or ID proof to present at the entry gate for safaris.
- The core zones for safaris in Pench, Kanha, and Satpura National Park remain closed every Wednesday. Please plan accordingly.
- Eco-Friendly Travel: To support sustainability, bring a reusable water bottle and avoid single-use plastics.

- Transportation is provided according to the itinerary only and is not available on a disposal or point-to-point basis.

A deposit of 20% is required to confirm this tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 90 days prior tour starting date. For any bookings within 90 days of departure, the full tour amount will be charged upon booking. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.
