Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, you'll be greeted by an Alkof Holidays representative who will transfer you to your houseboat. After checking in, take some time to rest and unwind in your unique floating accommodation.
Later, embark on a delightful Shikara ride on Dal Lake. This iconic experience includes stops at 'Char Chinar,' a cluster of four grand chinar trees standing proudly in the center of the lake, and the picturesque 'Floating Gardens.' Glide through the charming canals and admire the beautiful houseboats set against the stunning backdrop of surrounding hills. Return to your houseboat for a peaceful overnight stay, immersed in the tranquility of the lake.
After breakfast, depart for Gulmarg, renowned as the "Meadows of Flowers" and situated at 2,440 meters above sea level. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and get ready to explore this enchanting destination. Gulmarg is famous for its world-class golf course and is a hotspot for winter sports such as skiing. Take in the stunning panoramic views of the verdant meadows and snow-capped peaks. Visit local attractions and then embark on a scenic cable car ride to Khilanmarg Snow Point, where you can enjoy breathtaking vistas and fresh mountain air. After breakfast at the hotel, journey back to Srinagar. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and take some time to rest and rejuvenate. Later, visit the Shankaracharya Hill Temple, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor. - If rooms are not available at the mentioned hotels, we will provide alternate hotels of a similar category. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
- Please note: Horse Riding, Gondola Ride, Zorbing, and other adventure sports activities can be booked in advance in Gulmarg on request basis at an additional cost. Gondola ride is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- We need a clear Passport copy or any other ID Proof to book Gondola Rides in Gulmarg. Gondola rides are subject to availability.
- Only postpaid SIM cards from BSNL, Airtel, and Jio work in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Prepaid SIM cards from other parts of India do not function in this region. You may purchase a local SIM card in Srinagar or Ladakh.
- Transport services are provided strictly as per the itinerary and are not available on a disposal or point-to-point basis. Air conditioning is generally unnecessary due to low temperatures in hill regions. If requested, additional charges apply—₹7 per km for SUVs and ₹10 per km for Tempo Travelers, payable directly to the driver.
- For easy communication on the go, consider downloading WhatsApp, as it is widely used in India.
- Tipping in India is not compulsory, it is optional but appreciated. A small gratuity is expected in some cases; tip generously for exceptional service. The amount can range from $2, $5, $10 per day, or more, depending on satisfaction and the quality of service received.
- Any costs arising from natural calamities such as road blockages, political disturbances (e.g., strikes), etc., are to be borne by the client. We will not be held liable for any refunds or compensation claims resulting from these circumstances.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 10% is required to confirm this tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior tour starting date. For any bookings within 30 days of departure, the full tour amount will be charged upon booking. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.
Cancellation
