Welcome to Jodhpur, the beautiful Blue City. On arrival at Jodhpur Airport or Railway Station, you will be greeted by an Alkof Holidays representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, relax and enjoy some free time. In the evening, proceed for a Bishnoi Village Safari, where you can meet local villagers and learn about their traditional lifestyle and culture. After the visit, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Jodhpur.
After breakfast at the hotel, begin your sightseeing in Jodhpur with a visit to Mehrangarh Fort, built in 1459 and located on a high hill overlooking the city. Explore the fort’s palaces, museums, and grand gates, including Jayapol, the Victory Gate. Next, visit Jaswant Thada, a beautiful marble memorial, followed by a stop at Mandore Garden. Later, explore the lively Clock Tower area and Sardar Market, where you can see local life and shop for souvenirs. End your day with a visit to the Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum, part of one of the world’s largest private palaces. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After a hearty breakfast, leave for Jawai Bandh - a dam built across the Jawai river, and one of the best travel destinations in Rajasthan for Leopard Safari. Upon arrival, check-in at the resort and take some time to unwind. Later in the evening, embark on an exciting jeep safari, providing you with a comprehensive tour of the area. The safari begins at your hotel and includes a visit to Jawai Dam, where you can spot crocodiles and enjoy bird watching amidst the stunning views of the dam. Continue your safari to Leopard Point, where you can marvel at these majestic creatures in their natural habitat, nestled among towering granite rocks. Conclude your day with a delicious dinner at the resort, followed by a restful overnight stay.
Early in the morning, around 5:00 AM, embark on another jeep safari to spot various animals, including leopards, striped hyenas, sloth bears, Indian foxes, wild boars, chinkaras, nilgais, Indian eagle-owls, Indian pythons, mugger crocodiles, and migratory birds. After the safari, return to the resort for breakfast. After breakfast at the hotel, our driver will transfer you to Jodhpur Airport to board a flight to home or onward journey.
