Itinerary
In the morning Alkof Holidays representative will pick-up you from your hotel in Mumbai or from Mumbai airport (As per your convenience), and transfer you to Mahabaleshwar directly by road. Upon arrival at Mahabaleshwar, check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Post breakfast, head-out to explore the twin hill stations of Mahabaleshwar, well known for its Strawberry farms, Parsi (Zoroastrian) Heritage bungalows, views of the Sahyadri Hills and Koyna River Valley. The twin hills offers you a pleasant walk & good lookouts, and the area has interesting historical connections with Shivaji Maharaj. Visit various Eco Points to see the panoramic view of the hills and the valleys. Also visit Mount Malcolm, Catholic Church, Mahabaleshwar Club, Morarji Castel etc. In the evening, explore the famous Veena Lake and enjoy a boat ride in the lake. Also enjoy horse riding at the lake. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, head towards Panchgani for full day sightseeing. Panchgani is surrounded by beautiful hills from all sides ("Panch means five", "Gani means hills") and it is very famous among tourist owing to its close proximity to Mahabaleshwar. Panchgani is popular for its resident boarding schools and its strawberry and raspberry farms. Experience Panchgani in the close proximity of the nature. Overnight stay at the hotel in Mahabaleshwar.
Post breakfast visit Pratapgad, the pride of the Maratha Empire. Built in 1656, it is a maze of ponds, chambers and long dark walkways, some of which lead to trap doors that open to a 100 meter fall. Significant as the site of the Battle of Pratapgad, the fort is now a popular tourist destination. Pratapgad is the place where Afzal Khan, the mighty general of Bijapur, met his untimely death at the hands of Shivaji Maharaj. Later in the evening, our driver will transfer you back to Mahabaleshwar for overnight stay.
After breakfast at the hotel, our representative will transfer you to your hotel or to the airport in Mumbai for onward journey.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 10% is required to confirm this tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 60 days prior tour starting date. For any bookings within 60 days of departure, the full tour amount will be charged upon booking. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.
Cancellation
No additional cancellation fees apply for this tour. You can cancel the tour prior tour starting date and avoid paying the full amount, but the deposit you have paid is non-refundable. No refund applies for cancellations within of tour starting date.

It is the sole responsibility of each individual traveller to get the required visa(s) for this tour, as visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. We recommend to check with the Embassy of India in your home country.
