Upon arrival at Madurai Airport or Railway Station, our driver will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After lunch at a local restaurant, proceed to the Gandhi Memorial Museum to trace India’s freedom journey through rare artifacts and powerful exhibits. After breakfast at the hotel, set out on a scenic drive to Rameshwaram, a revered island known for its deep spiritual significance and mythological legacy. In the afternoon, begin your pilgrimage with a visit to the legendary Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple—home to one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. Explore its impressive temple corridors and take part in the ritual bath at Agni Theertham, believed to purify the soul. Continue your journey with a visit to the APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial, a touching tribute to India’s former president and “Missile Man,” whose humble origins began here in Rameshwaram.
Next, enjoy a brief drive across the engineering marvel of Pamban Bridge, which gracefully connects the island to the mainland, offering spectacular ocean views. If time and energy permit, head to Gandamadana Parvatham, the highest point on the island, believed to hold the footprint of Lord Rama and offering panoramic vistas of the sea. Payment Terms
A deposit of 10% is required to confirm this tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior tour starting date. For any bookings within 30 days of departure, the full tour amount will be charged upon booking. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.
Cancellation
