Itinerary
Upon arrival at Jammu Airport or Railway Station, an Alkof Holidays representative will greet you and transfer you to Katra. After checking in to your hotel, take some time to relax. In the evening, begin your trek to the revered Mata Vaishno Devi Temple, located about 14 kilometers from Katra. Along the way, you'll pass key points such as Banganga, Adhkuwari, Saanjhi Chatt, and finally the Holy Cave or Bhawan. At Banganga, you can choose to hire a pony or continue the trek on foot. Enjoy dinner and snacks at local eateries along the route. Overnight trekking.
Early in the morning, reach the sacred Holy Cave, where you will witness the divine darshan of the three Pindies, representing Maa Kali, Maa Lakshmi, and Maa Saraswati. After experiencing the spiritual ambiance at the Bhawan, it is customary to visit the Bhairo Baba Temple. You can either hire a pony or trek to this revered site. Once your visit to Bhairo Baba is complete, return to Katra. Spend the rest of the day relaxing at your leisure. Overnight stay in Katra.
After breakfast in Katra, begin your scenic drive to Srinagar. Enjoy the picturesque landscapes of Jammu and Kashmir as you travel through the region. Along the way, stop for lunch at a local restaurant (at your own expense). Upon arrival in Srinagar, check in at your hotel and unwind after the journey. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and settle in. Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.
After breakfast at the hotel, set out to explore Srinagar. Begin your sightseeing from the famous Mughal Gardens - Cheshma Shahi, Nishat Bagh, and Shalimar Bagh - located along the banks of Dal Lake. Visit the Shankaracharya Temple, set on a hilltop, offering beautiful views of Srinagar city, Dal Lake, and the Jhelum River. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.
After a delightful breakfast, set out for a day trip to Sonamarg, famously known as The Meadows of Gold. The journey takes you through picturesque countryside, offering breathtaking views of rolling hills, lush green forests, clear streams, blooming rice fields, and majestic mountains. Sonamarg is a paradise for trekkers and the gateway to numerous treks, boasting spectacular skies, snowy peaks, and beautiful alpine forests. For a touch of adventure, you can opt for a pony ride to the Thajiwas Glacier (at your own cost) to enjoy the snow. In the evening, return to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a scenic drive to Pahalgam, famously known as "The Valley of Shepherds." Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and take some time to relax. In the afternoon, embark on a leisurely walk through the stunning landscapes that surround Pahalgam. Visit Baisaran Valley, often referred to as "Mini Switzerland," which is accessible by pony ride or local transport. The valley is renowned for its lush meadows, dense pine forests, and panoramic views of the mountains. Spend some time taking in the breathtaking scenery and capturing memorable photos. Return to your hotel in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, set out to explore the scenic treasures of Pahalgam. Start your day with a visit to Betaab Valley, a lush green oasis surrounded by snow-capped mountains and dense forests. The valley, named after a popular Bollywood movie, is a must-visit for nature lovers and photographers. Next, head to Aru Valley, a tranquil spot known for its picturesque meadows and stunning views. You can also enjoy a walk along the Lidder River or explore the charming Aru Village. In the afternoon, visit the ancient Awantipura ruins, an 1100-year-old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, offering a glimpse into the region's rich history. End your day with a peaceful Shikara ride on the Lidder River before returning to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Srinagar. Upon arrival, check in at a charming houseboat. Take some time to relax and unwind in this unique accommodation. Later, visit the iconic Shankaracharya Temple, perched on a hilltop, offering panoramic views of Srinagar and Dal Lake. Explore the ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, which holds great religious and historical significance. Afterward, return to your houseboat and enjoy the peaceful ambiance of Dal Lake. After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and embark on a day trip to Gulmarg, famously known as "the meadow of flowers." Travel through the charming market of Tangmarg, passing scenic landscapes filled with Pine, Deodar, Amaltas, and Kikkar trees. Gulmarg, a renowned hill station, is celebrated for its breathtaking beauty, ski resort, and the world's highest 18-hole golf course. In the evening, return to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel.

- Please note: Clients/Guests are required to make direct payments for the following sightseeing points.
- In Pahalgam: Horse Riding, Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Baisaran Valley.
- In Gulmarg: Horse Riding, Gondola Ride, Zorbing, and other adventure sports activities.
- In Sonamarg: Thajwass Glacier and Horse Riding.
- Guests are required to book local Union taxis for sightseeing, as well as ponies or gondolas, at the above mentioned locations.
- We need a clear Passport copy or any other ID Proof to book Gondola Rides in Gulmarg. Gondola rides are subject to availability.
- At hill stations, air conditioning is not typically required due to the low temperatures. However, if AC is requested, it will be charged at Rs 7 per km for SUVs and Rs 10 per km for Tempo Travelers (TT), payable directly to the driver. Transportation is provided according to the itinerary only and is not available on a disposal or point-to-point basis.
- Mobile Phone Service - Only postpaid SIM cards from BSNL, Airtel, and Jio work in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Prepaid SIM cards from other parts of India do not work in this region. To use a prepaid SIM, purchase one from Srinagar or Ladakh.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 10% is required to confirm this tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior tour starting date. For any bookings within 30 days of departure, the full tour amount will be charged upon booking. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.
Cancellation
