On the day of arrival at the New Delhi airport, Alkof Holidays representative will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city's bustling streets or wander its wide tree-lined boulevards to get your first taste of India. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay - Delhi
Embark on a full day of sightseeing beginning in Old Delhi with a visit to the stunning Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in Asia, and the Raj Ghat, a moving memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. Take a short rickshaw ride at the Chandni Chowk (A huge market of spices and clothes), also visit Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, and Qutub Minar. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay - Agra
After breakfast at the hotel, leave for Agra. Enroute visit Chand Baori at Abhaneri, one of the largest and the most beautiful stepwells in the world. After Abhaneri, visit Fatehpur Sikri, a Unesco World Heritage Site, built by Akbar in the late 16th century, it was abandoned after only 14 years, and the elegant buildings of this superb walled city remain intact to this day. Later upon arrival in Agra, check in at your hotel for night stay.

Stay - Delhi
Early morning before sunrise visit the world’s most popular and beautiful monument Taj Mahal along with Mehtab Bagh. Later drive back to your hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, proceed for a full day guided tour of Agra, visit Itmad-ud-Daulah, Agra Fort, and Akbar's Tomb at Sikandra Fort. After breakfast, take a flight to Varanasi from Khajuraho airport. Upon arrival at Varanasi airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you to the hotel in Varanasi. Rest and relax at the hotel, later explore the city of Varanasi, visit various ghats, sacred temples and the local market of Varanasi. Later in the evening attend Aarti on the bank of River Ganges. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Early in the morning, enjoy a boat ride on the River Ganges, followed by a visit to Akhara and see the traditional form of martial arts practiced there. Morning city tour of Varanasi, this includes a walk through the various sacred Ghats. Visit the sacred shrine of Kashi- Vishwanath (also known as the Golden Temple), and Bharat Mata Mandir, a simple temple dedicated to 'Mother India'. Later proceed to Sarnath, an important site for the Buddhists, visit the Dhamekha Stupa, the Archeological museum and the Chaukhandi Stupa. In the evening attend aarti on the bank of River Ganges in Varanasi. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast transfer to the airport to catch flight for Delhi. Many of our travelers join because they are traveling solo. So yes it is absolutely safe to travel solo on this tour. As a solo traveler, you have to pay single supplement charges. Please let us know at time of booking and we’ll arrange the rooming configuration accordingly.
Our tour cost includes personal assistance during arrival and departure, hotel accommodations with breakfast, all transfers, sightseeing and excursions by private air-conditioned car/van/coach depending on a number of persons with as per itinerary, English speaking local guide, all applicable taxes and dedicated manager with 24x7 support. We can also include lunch and dinner, domestic flights, and other services on request at an additional cost.
The normal check-in and check-out timings in a majority of the hotels are 1400 hours and the 1200 hours respectively. Early check-in's and late check-out's are subject to availability of the rooms, thus we suggest you to book your room(s) previous night itself if you arriving early then the normal check-in time or if you have a late check-out. Just let us know your arrival and departure timing at the time of booking your tour with us and we will help you in managing your stay for the extra hours.
We provide 3 star comfort hotels in our standard tour packages. However you can always upgrade your accommodations to 4 star hotels or 5 star luxury hotels or charming boutique hotels/heritage palaces or any special hotel of your choice at an additional cost.
Alkof Holidays is committed to making travel widely accessible, regardless of ability or disability. We ask that you carefully consider whether you are physically and mentally able to complete the itinerary. We will make reasonable adjustments to the operation of our trip to facilitate the requirements of disabled travelers – such as booking ground floor accommodation or having your tour manager communicate important directions in writing as well as verbally. Further please let us know at the time of booking and we’ll arrange your tour accordingly.
One must possess a passport which is valid for minimum 6 months from the date of entry into India. Many countries have been included in the list of countries whose citizens are provided E-Visa facility provided they apply 72 hours in advance. Other nationals need to obtain Indian visa in advance to enter India.
Yes. It is advisable that you buy a comprehensive medical/travel insurance in advance from your country before traveling to India.
You will be greeted by our representative at the airport on your arrival. He shall be holding a company placard with your name written on it for your identification. We shall also provide you list of emergency 24 hours contact numbers for any emergency.

If you are interested in booking any of our brochure tours, you may simply send us an email giving us your details. We normally need an advance amount once we confirm the arrangements for the tour. The amount depends on the services you may require for the tour. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. We need balance payment before arrival.
We shall do our best to make changes as per your request and shall not charge you anything unless there is penalty charged by hotels etc, for making any changes.

PAYMENT TERMS
Client only requires a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the tour to confirm their booking. The remaining balance is then payable 30 days prior to the departure date. For any tour departing within 30 days the full payment of the tour is necessary. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. After receiving the payment, a receipt will be sent directly to client's registered email-id and the final tour documentation will be emailed out approximately 1-2 weeks prior to departure.
CANCELLATION
No additional cancellation fees! You can cancel the tour up to 15 days prior to the departure date and you will not need to pay the full amount of you tour, but the deposit of 10% is non-refundable. But, the deposit is fully transferable to your future bookings with Alkof Holidays.
