Stay - Jispa
Today early in the morning, Alkof Holidays adventure expert will meet you and provide your briefing about the safari, after that ride your bike towards Jispa via Rohtang Pass. This high altitude road beyond the great Himalayan range connects the Kullu to the Lahaul valley via Rohtang Pass. Continue your ride to Jispa via Keylong (7-8 hours ride). Overnight stay at Tent/hotel.

Stay - Sarchu
Today morning after breakfast, start your motorcycle expedition to the scenic Baralacha Pass (4880 M). On your way, you can stop at numerous places to capture the scenic grandeur of this majestic landscape dotted with snow capped peaks and high altitude lakes, later continue your ride to Sarchu. 6 hours ride. Overnight stay in the tents.

Stay - Leh
Today early in the morning, start your motorbike ride to Leh, it will give you a feeling of being in the high Tibetan Plateau. You will climb a series of Galta loops consisting of 32 hairpin bends on the way up from Sarchu and comes out in Pang valley. Cross to the other side of the Pang, Tzanspo River to continue to drive up to yet another plateau for a long traverse on the legendary Moore plains. The highest of the Tibetan Plateau at 4200 Mts. Continue driving Tanglang La (5280 Mts.) the second highest motorable pass in the world that commands breathtaking views of the Zanskar range. A pleasant drive about 20 Kms brings you to the Ladakhi hamlet, Gya, heralded by prayer flags. After crossing few more villages, you will reach the great Indus River. Continue your ride to Leh. Overnight stay at the guest house or tents.

Stay - Leh
Today you will go for a sightseeing trip to some ancient monasteries in this area. Visit Shey Gompa, it used to be the summer palace of the kings of Ladakh. There are lots of Stupas and Gompas built around the palace. Shey palace was built by Deldan Namgyal at the beginning of 17Th century AD. The main attraction in Shey is the 12m Shakyamuni Buddha statue inside the Dresthang Gompa. Also, visit Thiksey Gompa, and Hemis. Later ride back to the Guest house for night stay.

Stay - Nubra Valley
Today start your motorbike ride towards Nubra Valley, on the way you need to cross Khardung La (5602m / 18380ft), the worlds highest motorable pass to enter the Nubra valley. On arrival at Nubra Valley, check into the Tiger Camps at a small village Kyagar (called Tiger by the Indian Army). Sandwiched between the Karakoram Mountains to the north, and the Ladakh range to the south lie the Shyok and the Nubra rivers. The villages of Nubra are scattered along these two valley floors. Because of the lower altitude, a wide variety of fruits, vegetables and grains are grown, creating an impression of abundance. Check into a Guest House. Evening one can visit Panamic, which lays north end of the Nubra Valley and is unjustly famed for its hot springs. Overnight stay at the Camps.

After an early breakfast, visit the white sand dunes at Hunder. If lucky one can get a ride on the double humped Bactrian camel. Later ride your motorbike back to The Leh for overnight stay at the guest house.

Stay - Leh
Today, visit the worlds highest Lake - Pangong. A salt-water lake, its vastness 150 kms long and 4 kms wide spans two countries, India & China (2/3rd of the lake lies in China). The sun paints its various hues on the canvas of the surrounding mountains as we watch spellbound while walking on the shores of the lake. Later ride back your motorbike to the Leh for overnight stay.

Many of our travelers join because they are traveling solo. So yes it is absolutely safe to travel solo on this tour. As a solo traveler, you have to pay single supplement charges. Please let us know at time of booking and we’ll arrange the rooming configuration accordingly.
Our tour cost usually includes hotel accommodations with breakfast, all transfers, sightseeing and excursions by private air-conditioned car/van/coach depending on a number of persons with as per itinerary, local English speaking guide, our assistance on arrival, on departure and during the tour and all applicable taxes including 5% GST. We can also include lunches & dinner, domestic flights, and other services on request at an additional cost.
The check-in and the check-out timings in a majority of the hotels are 1400 hours and the 1200 hours respectively. However, these timings are flexible and thus, can be made early or late as per the convenience of the guests, but the flexibility is highly dependent upon the number of rooms available when you will be arriving at the designated hotel. It is not guaranteed that the rooms for your complimentary late or early check-ins shall be kept on hold for you, thus we suggest that there must be the reservation of your rooms from the previous night itself.
We provide 3 star comfort hotels in our standard tour packages. However you can always upgrade your accommodations to 4 star hotels or 5 star luxury hotels or charming boutique hotels/heritage palaces or any special hotel of your choice at an additional cost.
Alkof Holidays is committed to making travel widely accessible, regardless of ability or disability. We ask that you carefully consider whether you are physically and mentally able to complete the itinerary. We will make reasonable adjustments to the operation of our trip to facilitate the requirements of disabled travelers – such as booking ground floor accommodation or having your tour manager communicate important directions in writing as well as verbally. One must possess a passport which is valid for minimum 6 months from the date of entry into India. Many countries have been included in the list of countries whose citizens are provided E-Visa facility provided they apply 72 hours in advance. Other nationals need to obtain Indian visa in advance to enter India.
Yes. It is advisable that you buy a comprehensive medical/travel insurance in advance from your country before traveling to India.

If you are interested in booking any of our brochure tours, you may simply send us an email giving us your details. We normally need an advance amount once we confirm the arrangements for the tour. PAYMENT TERMS
Client only requires a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the tour to confirm their booking. The remaining balance is then payable 30 days prior to the departure date. For any tour departing within 30 days the full payment of the tour is necessary. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. After receiving the payment, a receipt will be sent directly to client's registered email-id and the final tour documentation will be emailed out approximately 1-2 weeks prior to departure.
CANCELLATION
No additional cancellation fees! You can cancel the tour up to 15 days prior to the departure date and you will not need to pay the full amount of you tour, but the deposit of 10% is non-refundable. But, the deposit is fully transferable to your future bookings with Alkof Holidays.
