Day-to-Day ITINERARY
Stay – Kovalam
On the day of arrival at Trivandrum airport, Alkof Holidays representative will welcome you and transfer to Kovalam. Upon arrival at Kovalam, check–in at the Ayurvedic resort. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the resort.

After breakfast, enjoy your full day at the resort enjoying various Ayurvedic activities under the supervision of an expert instructor. Also practice meditation and yoga in the calm surroundings the beaches of Kovalam. Overnight stay at the resort.

After breakfast, check–out from the hotel and drive to Trivandrum airport to board the flight to your home or onward destination.

Payment & Collect:
Pay the registration amount / full tour price by Cheque, Demand Draft, Online and collect:
- Tour itinerary, travel and hotel details (On Email & Hard Copy)
- Receipt of payment (On Email & Hard Copy)
- Visa folder for World Tour(s) (Hard Copy)
Note: After the payment is successful, an acknowledgement message is sent to the guest's registered email ID. This message contains the bank details, the amount credited along with the date and place of payment. PAYMENT TERMS
- 30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost
- 29 - 20 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost
- 19 - 16 days before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost
Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 16 days prior to departure date and received amount will be fully forfeited.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel your holiday:
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges per person applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
- 30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost
- 29 - 20 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost
- 19 - 10 days before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost
If we change or cancel your holiday:
We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
