Day-to-Day Itinerary


Morning 10 Am pick-up from your hotel in Kochi, transfer to the backwaters of Alleppey / Alappuzha. Upon arrival at Alleppey board the House Boat at 1200 pm. You will be welcomed with a welcome drink and start cruising through the Punnamada Lake, venue of the famous Nehru Trophy Boat Race. You will have a spectacular view of Vembanad Lake with a glance of the Village life along the banks.


At 1 Pm houseboat will stop for lunch with a lavish menu of traditional Kerala cuisine. At 3 Pm we will continue our cruise covering Village Paddy fields, canals surrounded by palm trees churches.


At 4.30 Pm we will provide you evening Coffee / Tea with traditional Kerala style snacks. The cruise ends at 5 pm.


Finally, end your trip with a bit of exploration on your own, and our representative will transfer you back to your hotel in Kochi / Cochin.

How to book a trip?

If you are interested in booking any of our brochure tours, you may simply send us an email giving us your details. We normally need an advance amount once we confirm the arrangements for the tour. The amount depends on the services you may require for the tour. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. We need balance payment before arrival or as per below schedule.


  • 30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost
  • 29 - 20 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost
  • 19 - 16 days before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost

Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 16 days prior to departure date and received amount will be fully forfeited.

Cancellation

If you cancel your holiday:

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges per person applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:


  • Between 30 - 45 days before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost
  • Between 17 - 29 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost
  • Up-to 16 days before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost
If we change or cancel your holiday:

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.


Travel Documents

Documents to be submitted:

  • Photo ID proof.
  • Passport (Only for Foreign Tourists / NRI).
Payment & Collect - Pay the registration amount / full tour price by Cheque, Demand Draft, Online and collect:<

  • Tour itinerary, travel and hotel details (On Email & Hard Copy)
  • Receipt of payment (On Email & Hard Copy)
  • Visa folder for World Tour(s) (Hard Copy)

Note: After the payment is successful, an acknowledgement message is sent to the guest's registered email ID. This message contains the bank details, the amount credited along with the date and place of payment.
