After breakfast, proceed for a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi, visit Jama Masjid, take a short rickshaw ride at the Chandni Chowk (A huge market of Spices and Sarees), also visit Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple (Bahai’s Temple) and Qutub Minar. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, Alkof Holidays representative will transfer you to the New Delhi airport to board a flight for Leh. Upon arrival at Leh airport, Alkof Holidays representative will meet you and transfer to the hotel. Rest and relax at the hotel, later proceed for sightseeing of Leh, visit the Shanti Stupa, which dominates the city’s skyline from atop a hill. The two–storey stupa is embellished with colourful and intriguing paintings of deities and incidents from Buddhist mythology.
Later in the evening, you will get a chance to walk around the local bazaars and buy souvenirs like Buddhist cloth paintings, called thangkas, images of deities, fine–quality pashminas and decorative handicrafts. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed towards the Sham Valley, which is replete with unique places. Visit the Hall of Fame dedicated to the Indian soldiers. It showcases weapons and documents recovered from the enemy during various wars. A key attraction is the grand Spituk Monastery, dating to the 11th century, also visit the statues of Lord Buddha, also enjoy the panoramic view of the Indus Valley below. Later visit Gurdwara Pathar Sahib, one of the most sacred places for Sikhs. It houses a huge rock, believed to have been hurled at Guru Nanak by a demon. After that visit the famed Magnetic Hill, it is said that it pulls vehicle upwards when left on neutral." After sightseeing of Sham Valley, drive back to the hotel in Leh for overnight stay.
After breakfast, leave for Nubra Valley via Khardung–La Pass, one of the highest motorable road in the world at 18832 feet above sea level. As we drive through this, you witness stunning vistas encompassing snow–capped peaks and majestic mountains. On the way, you will experience the drive which will take you through the bridge that has been laid on a glacier and also made it to the Guinness Book of World Records.
Nubra Valley is also very much known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers in Leh. It is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram & Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 ft. above sea level. As we reach the Nubra Valley, stunning views of the sand dunes with a vast expanse of green in the background treat your eyes. Later check–in at the hotel for night stay.
After breakfast, proceed toward Hunder. Sitting at an average altitude of 10, 000 feet, Hunder is a small village where the Shyok River meets Nubra River. Hunder is most popular for the camel rides in the high altitude cold desert. The camel safaris are done on Bactrian Double–humped Camels which are the reminder of the bygone era of Silk Route trade.
Later visit the oldest, Diskit Monastery, also known as the Diskit monastery, situated on a hilltop that allows you breathtaking panoramas of the entire valley. The enormity of the Buddha statue in the monastery will leave you speechless and it is the reason for attracting thousands of tourists to this place. Adding to its glory, there is a small village market in the town of Diskit, which is a great place for a leisurely stroll to get a peek into the lives of people in Ladakh. Later continue your drive to Pangong Tso, upon arrival, check–in at the camp for night stay.
Pangong Lake, situated at a height of almost 4,350m, is the world’s highest saltwater lake. Its waters, which seem to be dyed in blue, stand in stark contrast to the arid mountains surrounding it. Extending to almost 160km, one–third of the Pangong Lake lies in India and the other two–thirds in China. Upon arrival at Pangong Lake check–in at your camp for night stay. If time permits, you can visit Pangong Lake.
After breakfast at the camp, head out to explore the beautiful lake, along with nearby places. Later in the afternoon drive back to Leh. On the way, cross the approximately 17950–feet high Chang La, one of the highest mountain passes in the world. Along the way, pay a visit to the Druk White Lotus School, that shot to fame with the movie ‘3 Idiots’ as the site where the last scene was shot. After that visit Hemis Gompa, situated 45 km from Leh, the monastery was re–established in 1672 by the Ladakhi king Sengge Namgyal. The annual Hemis festival honouring Padmasambhava is held here in early June. Next visit Thiksey Monastery, located on a hill–lock providing awe–inspiring views of the Indus valley. Next visit Shey Palace, used as a summer palace by the former King of Ladakh. Later upon arrival at Leh, check–in to the hotel for night stay.

Early in the morning before breakfast, visit Tiger Hills located at an altitude of 8364 ft from sea level, to enjoy the view of sunrise fetching over Kanchenjunga Peak (subject to clear weather). Later on the way back, en–route Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop.
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full day sightseeing tour of Darjeeling, visit Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (Closed on Sunday) & Tea Estate. After the sightseeing, get back to the hotel for night stay.
After breakfast at the hotel, leave for Darjeeling. Upon arrival at Darjeeling, check–in at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, proceed for a full day guided tour of Pelling, visit Pemayangtse, covering Rimbi Falls, Sacred Khecheopalri Lake, Kanchendzonga Falls, Rimbi Rock Garden, Pemayangtse Monastery (the 2nd oldest monastery of Sikkim) and Darap Village. After sightseeing of Pelling, drive back to the hotel for night stay.

Early in the morning, check–out from the hotel and drive to Thimphu. Upon arrival, check–in to your hotel. Rest and relax at the hotel, later visit the National Library – housing an extensive collection of priceless Buddhist manuscripts, the Institute for Zorig Chusum (commonly known as the Painting School), Textile Museum, and Simply Bhutan – a living museum and studio encapsulating the cultural heritage of the Bhutanese people. After that visit Changangkha Lhakhang – a fortress like temple and monastic school perched on a ridge above Thimphu, south of Motithang. Afterwards drive to Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodrang). You can pay your obeisance and offer prayers to the Buddha, the largest statue in the country and then walk around and take a glimpse of the valley. If time permits, visit the King's Memorial Chorten continuously circumambulated by people, murmuring mantras and spinning their prayer wheels. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Early in the morning, drive back to Paro. Upon arrival, check–in to your hotel, later hike to Taktsang Monastery or Tiger Nest. The temple is in the sacred rock, which was believed to have been blessed by Guru Rinpoche in the 8th century. Legend has it that Guru Rinpoche flew to this site on a tigress’ back to subdue a local demon. Thereafter, he meditated here for three months. Visiting Tiger’s Nest temple will be rewarded with a breathtaking view and ones in a lifetime memory. It takes almost 2 hours to walk up at an average pace. Although the main building of the temple was destroyed by fire on April 1998, it rebuilt to former glory in 2001. The hike up to the viewpoint is worthwhile and fulfilling. In the afternoon, visit Ta Dzong, originally built as Watchtower, which now houses National Museum. Also visit Rinpung Dzong, Kichu Lhakhang, and Drugyel Dzong. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Paro is a valley town in Bhutan, and the place of the only international airport in the country. The region contains one of Bhutan’s most iconic landmark, Taktsang Monastery, the Tiger’s Nest. This awe–inspiring temple was constructed upon a sheer cliff face, above forests of oak and rhododendrons. Another site worth visiting in Paro is Drugyel Dzong or The Fortress of the Victorious Bhutanese. It was constructed by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal in 1646 to commemorate his victory over marauding Tibetan armies. The fortress was destroyed by fire in 1951 but the ruins remain an impressive and imposing sight.

Kathmandu, is home to Pashupatinath, the most sacred Hindu temple complex that is located on the banks of the Bagmati River. After breakfast, leave to Patan to visit its Kopan Monastery. Kopan Monastery is a thriving monastery of 360 monks, mainly from Nepal and Tibet. Kopan has become especially famous for teaching Buddhism to the western people.
Also visit the Patan Durbar Square, this site is acclaimed as one of the finest urban streetscapes in the world. It is known as the centre of fine arts and for the superb craftsmanship of its artisans. Later return to Kathmandu to visit the Pashupatinath Temple. Thousands of pilgrims visit this temple every year during Shivaratri, the birthday of Lord Shiva. Entrance to the temple precinct is forbidden to non–Hindus. Also visit the Boudhanath Stupa, the largest stupa in Nepal and one of the largest in the world. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, visit the village of Nagarkot from where you can enjoy stupendous views of the Himalayas, and Kathmandu valley or another option available is to trek to 14th Century World heritage temple of Changu Narayan. Overnight stay at the hotel.

It is is listed in the World Cultural Heritages with Potala Palace and Norbulingka. Situated at the heart of the old town of Lhasa and surrounded by Barkhor Street. Later in the evening, explore the local markets and nearby areas. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, visit The Potala Palace, winter palace of the Dalai Lama since the 7th century, symbolizes Tibetan Buddhism and its central role in the traditional administration of Tibet. The complex, comprising the White and Red Palaces with their ancillary buildings, is built on Red Mountain in the centre of Lhasa Valley, at an altitude of 3,700m. Also visit Drepung Monastery. Overnight stay at the hotel.
