Many of our travelers join because they are traveling solo. So yes it is absolutely safe to travel solo on this tour. As a solo traveler, you have to pay single supplement charges. Please let us know at time of booking.
Our tour cost includes personal assistance during arrival and departure, all transfers, sightseeing and excursions by private air-conditioned car/van/coach depending on a number of persons with as per itinerary, English speaking local guide, all applicable taxes and dedicated manager with 24x7 support. We can also include lunch and dinner, domestic flights, and other services on request at an additional cost.
Alkof Holidays is committed to making travel widely accessible, regardless of ability or disability. We ask that you carefully consider whether you are physically and mentally able to complete the itinerary. In this particular trip you should have a moderate physical fitness as this is a walking tour.
One must possess a passport which is valid for minimum 6 months from the date of entry into India. Many countries have been included in the list of countries whose citizens are provided E-Visa facility provided they apply 72 hours in advance. Other nationals need to obtain Indian visa in advance to enter India.
You will be greeted by our representative at the airport on your arrival. He shall be holding a company placard with your name written on it for your identification. We shall also provide you list of emergency 24 hours contact numbers for any emergency.
We provide dedicated tour managers to all our guest with 24 X 7 personal assistance. Our office is open 24 hours a day which means that you will always have someone to assist you even at any point of time. We shall also give you mobile nos. of our executives who you may call, email or WhatsApp in case of any need.

We shall do our best to make changes as per your request and shall not charge you anything unless there is penalty charged by hotels etc, for making any changes.

30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost
29 - 20 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost
19 - 16 days before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost
Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 16 days prior to departure date and received amount will be fully forfeited.
If you cancel your holiday:
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges per person applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
Between 30 - 45 days before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost
Between 17 - 29 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost
Up-to 16 days before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost
If we change or cancel your holiday:
We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
