Day-to-Day ITINERARY
Stay - Ahmedabad
On the day of arrival at Ahmedabad airport or railway station, Alkof Holidays representative will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel. Rest and relax at the hotel, later proceed for sightseeing of Ahmedabad, visit Gandhi Ashram, Adalaj Stepwell, Sarkhej Roza, later in the evening Navratri festival at one of the most famous place in Ahmedabad. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay - Ahmedabad
After breakfast, proceed towards Patan to visit Modhera Sun Temple at Modhera, Rani ki Vav (Queen's step well) at Patan, and Aksardham Temple at Gandhinagar. In the evening, drive back to Ahmedabad for overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay - Vadodara
Early in the morning, leave for Vadodara. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Note: After the payment is successful, an acknowledgement message is sent to the guest's registered email ID. This message contains the bank details, the amount credited along with the date and place of payment. PAYMENT TERMS
- 30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost
- 29 - 20 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost
- 19 - 16 days before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost
Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 16 days prior to departure date and received amount will be fully forfeited.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel your holiday:
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges per person applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
- 30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost
- 29 - 20 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost
- 19 - 10 days before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost
If we change or cancel your holiday:
We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
