Day-to-Day ITINERARY
Stay - Coorg
On the day of arrival at Bangalore/Bengaluru airport, Alkof Holidays representative will meet you and transfer you to Coorg. On the way, visit Tibetan Monastery (Golden Temple), Nisargadhama. Later continue your drive towards Coorg, upon arrival check into your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Stay - Coorg
After breakfast, drive towards Madikeri to visit Talakaveri, Bhagamandala, Abbey Falls, Raja’s Seat, and Omkareshwara Temple. After finishing your sightseeing drive back to the hotel for night stay.

Stay - Coorg
After breakfast, visit Iruppu Waterfalls - A picturesque waterfalls cascading along the Brahmagiri Mountain Range, Iruppu falls is one of the most beautiful tourist attractions in Kodagu. Later drive towards Nagarhole National Park to enjoy Jeep Safari & wildlife viewing. After finishing Nagarhole Wildlife Safari, drive back to the Hotel for night stay.

Early in the morning, check-out from the hotel and drive towards Bangalore. On the way, halt at Dubare Elephant Camp - Dubare is known for its elephant camp, a forest camp on the banks of the river Kaveri in the district of Kodagu. Visitors can participate in various activities involving elephants, like 45 minute bath in the River Kaveri, where tourist can give bath to elephants and also enjoy a Jeep Safari at Dubare Elephant Camp. Later continue your drive towards Bangalore Airport to board the flight to your home or onward destination.

Many of our travelers join because they are traveling solo. So yes it is absolutely safe to travel solo on this tour. As a solo traveler, you have to pay single supplement charges. Please let us know at time of booking and we’ll arrange the rooming configuration accordingly.
Our tour cost includes personal assistance during arrival and departure, hotel accommodations with breakfast, all transfers, sightseeing and excursions by private air-conditioned car/van/coach depending on a number of persons with as per itinerary, English speaking local guide, all applicable taxes and dedicated manager with 24x7 support. We can also include lunch and dinner, domestic flights, and other services on request at an additional cost.
The check-in and the check-out timings in a majority of the hotels are 1400 hours and the 1200 hours respectively. Early check-in's and late check-out's are subject to availability of the rooms, thus we suggest you to book your room(s) previous night itself if you arriving early then the normal check-in time or if you have a late check-out. Just let us know your arrival and departure timing at the time of booking your tour with us and we will help you in managing your stay for the extra hours.
We provide 3 star comfort hotels in our standard tour packages. However you can always upgrade your accommodations to 4 star hotels or 5 star luxury hotels or charming boutique hotels/heritage palaces or any special hotel of your choice at an additional cost.
Alkof Holidays is committed to making travel widely accessible, regardless of ability or disability. We ask that you carefully consider whether you are physically and mentally able to complete the itinerary. We will make reasonable adjustments to the operation of our trip to facilitate the requirements of disabled travelers – such as booking ground floor accommodation or having your tour manager communicate important directions in writing as well as verbally. Further please let us know at the time of booking and we’ll arrange your tour accordingly.
One must possess a passport which is valid for minimum 6 months from the date of entry into India. Many countries have been included in the list of countries whose citizens are provided E-Visa facility provided they apply 72 hours in advance. Other nationals need to obtain Indian visa in advance to enter India.

You will be greeted by our representative at the airport on your arrival. He shall be holding a company placard with your name written on it for your identification. We shall also provide you list of emergency 24 hours contact phone numbers for your assistance.

Our office is open 24 hours a day which means that you will always have someone to assist you even at any point of time. If you are interested in booking any of our brochure tours, you may simply send us an email giving us your details. We normally need an advance amount once we confirm the arrangements for the tour. The amount depends on the services you may require for the tour. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. We need balance payment before arrival.
We shall do our best to make changes as per your request and shall not charge you anything unless there is penalty charged by hotels etc, for making these changes.

PAYMENT TERMS
Client only requires a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the tour to confirm their booking. The remaining balance is then payable 30 days prior to the departure date. For any tour departing within 30 days the full payment of the tour is necessary. This can be paid through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. After receiving the payment, a receipt will be sent directly to client's registered email-id and the final tour documentation will be emailed out approximately 1-2 weeks prior to departure.
CANCELLATION
No additional cancellation fees! You can cancel the tour up to 15 days prior to the departure date and you will not need to pay the full amount of you tour, but the deposit of 10% is non-refundable. But, the deposit is fully transferable to your future bookings with Alkof Holidays.
