Day-to-Day ITINERARY
Stay - Cauvery Fishing Camp
Early in the morning around 6:30 AM, Meet Alkof Holidays representative at any convenient point in Bangalore and get transferred to Cauvery Fishing Camp, which lies amidst the forests of southern Karnataka and along the majestically flowing river Kaveri. Covered with dense forests and hills, it is a perfect place for fun and adventure in the wild.
Upon arrival, check-in at the resort. Rest and relax at the resort, later proceed for fishing. River Kaveri is the natural habitat to the famous Mahseer fish. Fishing for the Mahaseer is the main activity here but because of the decline in the fish population Catch and Release technique is used where you will catch a fish and later release it immediately while keeping the score. After fishing, return to your resort. Spend the evening at leisure around campfire. Overnight stay at the resort.

After breakfast at the resort, proceed for the trekking in the wildlife sanctuary to spot various wild species including leopard, elephants, wild pigs, sambar, spotted deers, the highly endangered grizzled giant squirrel, Malabar giant squirrel, and jackals. Over 200 species of birds have been sighted around the camp. You can also spot the grey-headed fishing eagle, spot billed duck, small pied kingfisher, honey buzzard, tawny eagle, pied crested cuckoo, and much more. In the afternoon, return to the resort for lunch. Later Alkof Holidays representative will trasnfer you to Bangalore to your hotel or transfer to any convenient point as directed by client.

Note: After the payment is successful, an acknowledgement message is sent to the guest's registered email ID. This message contains the bank details, the amount credited along with the date and place of payment. PAYMENT TERMS
- 30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost
- 29 - 20 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost
- 19 - 16 days before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost
Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 16 days prior to departure date and received amount will be fully forfeited.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel your holiday:
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges per person applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
- 30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost
- 29 - 20 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost
- 19 - 10 days before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost
If we change or cancel your holiday:
We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
